My Crewsim Story
Life as a Flight attendant means that airports often feel like a second home. One day I can be flying across the world, and the next I'm stepping out of an airport in a completely different country, trying to find my way around, contact family, check messages, or simply stay connected.
Before Crewsim, staying connected internationally was sometimes a hassle. Every new destination could mean thinking about roaming charges, finding a local SIM card, or figuring out how to get mobile data after a long flight. When you are constantly moving from one country to another, these small things can become surprisingly stressful.
Crewsim changed that for me.
Now, when I arrive in a new destination, one of the things I appreciate most is knowing that I can simply turn on my phone and stay connected. I love the CrewSim its the best sim Ive ever used, it connects seamlessly, quickly anywhere ive been to in the world. As a short haul pilot in Europe I dont use it all that much as my data roaming with my UK provider covers most countries, but I use it alot in Switzerland, Egypt, Morocco and Tunisia when we turn around.
More extensively when I go abroad on holiday I use it alot in USA, Thailand, Hong Kong and Singapore and have just come back from Nashville and Memphis where I was using it faultlessly.
Thailand is coming up soon so will use it alot again.
I always recommend it to other because the fact it never expires and you simply use what you use and dont need separate cards for separate destinations.

I have started using Crewsim couple of months back and so far, it has been such a wonderful support for my international layovers and personal trips.
Before using Crewsim, I had to take international Roaming as per the country and that was tiresome and waste of money too. The best thing about crewsim is that it works in almost all the countries, and I don't have to take different pack for each country.
You have done an amazing job by launching it and helping all fellow pilots and crews.
Looking ahead, I can only ask if we can get 2 e-sim instead of one so that even our loved ones can enjoy the privileges.

I had booked a rental car that was supposed to be deliver3d at the Airport but as it was a last minute booking i was waiting for the contact person's and my flight took off from DXB unfortunately we had No internet connectivity onboard so i had to wait until i landed, but as soon as our Aircraft touched down i was able to communicate with the relevant guy & before i came out of the arrivals my ride was waiting for me all thanka to crew sim's global connectivity.

Before CrewSIM, staying connected during trips and layovers was always a bit of a hassle-finding reliable Wi-Fi or depending on expensive roaming. CrewSIM makes it much simpler. What I enjoy most is the convenience and peace of mind of having connectivity wherever I'm operating, without constantly worrying about changing SIMs or getting hit with roaming charges. Usually I avoid going out during international layovers as its a hassle to book a cab or getting directions without internet. But now I m out every layover. And I am able to find places, look for stuff to do real time than plan ahead.

I'd definitely recommend CrewSIM to other pilots and cabin crew because it's reliable, easy to use, and one less thing to worry about when you're constantly travelling.

When I'm on my London layover and sometimes when I go to explore the place and feels lost crewsim plays very important role of providing me the privilege of using internet in a foreign country. Before crewsim I had to rely on stores who had free wifi available. First of all I wanted to thank you for your App because it has been my best friend during all my flights.
As an ACMI pilot I am always operating from different bases around the world and flying to new destinations every time, so I need an E-Sim that adapts to my routine.
Before knowing your App I used to rely on the conventional E-Sims, but there was always something missing: no coverage or weak signal in certain destinations, area-based packages that didn't suit me well, etc
But yours does this job flawlessly, offering worldwide coverage and a pre-paid GB plan that adapts to each country and situation.
The biggest challenge was the operation from Algiers, as the airports we flew to were spread in different countries in Europe, Africa and Central Asia, such as Turkey, Egypt or Armenia.
Since most of the E-Sims separate these countries by area I had no choice but to go for a yearly Worldwide Sim, much more expensive and extended in time than I needed.
And Crewsim came to save me, connecting me in all of these airports when I needed it.

My name is Samet, and I've been working as a flight attendant for the past 1.5 years. I've also been using Crewsim for quite a long time, and I wanted to share my experience with you.
Before I started using Crewsim, I had to buy a separate daily eSIM for almost every country I visited. It took time to set everything up before each trip, and purchasing different eSIMs for different destinations was much more expensive.
Since switching to Crewsim, I haven't had any of those problems. I can stay connected easily in every country I visit without worrying about buying a new eSIM each time.

Hi there, I am sure you are doing great. Have my compliments on having such rapid and exemplary growth in your customer base and network as well. You surely deserve that.
Few words about me. I am First Officer Awais Khalid with 5000+ hours serving in Fly Jinnah Pakistan, an offshoot of Air Arabia Sharjah established few years back. Presently, our international destinations are in Middle East Only (UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia). My requirement to have internet is to remain connected with family during layover and my EFB's connectivity during turnaround flights. I was using a Pakistani Sim Card with international Roaming but that had Two major problems, connectivity with middle eastern networks (Usually with only one service provider) and expensive tariffs with monthly expiries. Mostly these services are restricted to 4G Networks, for 5G services additional payments are to be made. In addition, for every country, a separate roaming plan has to be subscribed. My problems have enhanced during recent Iran-Us conflict. I was introduced to E crew Sim by my colleague. Initially, It appears to be unbelievable.
The most enjoyable things about Crew Sim is its access to multiple networks across all the countries we fly to and time less validity of balance. After landing, It always connects automatically to best available network (usually 5G) without requirement for manual selection of available networks. Data consumption is so low (I don't know what is the reason) that i am still having enough data out of my first 10 euros deposit after using it for more than six months. Whereas with my local SIM card, having same usage i was consuming around 1 GB of data every month. So I am not worried about network availability, expensive tariff and balance expiry anymore. As we have IRAN in our neighbors, signals interference and jamming effect many of our destinations but Crew Sim has never disappointed me. Based upon these features, surely i would recommend it to my colleague aviators. Just an additional information, we have suggested to our company to use E Crew sim in EFBs and company phones to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.

CrewSim has a clean and user-friendly interface, and the overall concept is very helpful for cabin crew training and interview preparation. However, the free version offers very limited access to the learning materials, making it difficult to fully experience the platform before deciding to subscribe. Expanding the free content or offering more practice questions would greatly improve the user experience and help build confidence in the platform's value.

Hey Michael, so what can I say - I love to travel by using the Crewsim. It makes it much more easier and comfortable while travelling. Before Igot the Crewsim I was always buying a package form y existent cell phone by t.mobile or a local prepaid card / e-sim - it is now never needed again J This is it what makes the Crewsim different a steh situation before. The most enjoyable is to handle it so easy when you get to any foreign country - and the best - you can check the costs before entering!! Thats very important because in some countries it is very epensive so it is better to use it only in any emergency moment - thats keeps your account more pleasant at all. So I recommended the Crewsim to man of my colleques - pilots and medical flight attendants and I know some got the Crewsim very quick and easy.

I was quite surprised to learn that your company was only founded about a year ago. Congratulations to you and the entire team on achieving such impressive results in such a short time.
I was introduced to the Crewsim app by one of my crew members during a flight to Busan. The scenery there was stunning, and we had such a great time!
Before Crewsim, I was using another eSIM app. Honestly, it worked really well for me, and I felt like we had ""grown up together"" because I had been using it for so long. I truly enjoyed using it. However, it eventually expired and needed to be topped up. Around that time, my friend suggested that I try Crewsim. I was a little confused at first, but I decided to give it a chance.
It was actually quite funny because I turned out to be the ""low-tech"" one. I couldn't get the setup working properly on my phone, and the data roaming wouldn't connect smoothly. It wasn't until I had a layover in Russia that everything finally worked, thanks to my friend's help.
The main reason I chose Crewsim is that the pricing is very clear in every country we land in, and the credit never expires. That's a huge advantage for cabin crew who are constantly flying between different countries.
I do have one small piece of feedback: the network connection can be a little slow for a short while after I switch on cellular data. Sorry for comparing it with the app I used before. I'm sure things will continue to improve over time.

As cabin-crew with a dutch airline , it is essential to stay connected for many reasons these days. Most hotels offer free wifi, but once outside the hotel you need to use online navigation, order transport, use check-ins at locations (trains, busses etc), but also pay your goods with your phone, and stay connected with crew while wandering through towns. Not only this, but safe internet , using your bank account for example, it is not safe to use wifi at public places. These are examples I need esims. To be honest , I do use more different esim providers, but what I like about Crew Sim is that it is worldwide and use only what you use and pay for. And you do nit need to buy a big amount every time. Per country other pricing and not just a general one price for a certain amount of GB in a global deal, for a limited time. It is cheaper in that sense if you use it smart!
I love using it in Brazil, because of my connection with that country, and need to use it a lot!
There it makes my life with family and friends ideal!
I recommend it as a single account, but also great as an extra and backup account !

Hello crew sim ,this Muzeyin from Ethiopian airlines copilot on 787/777. The past month with this esim was great you guys saved me on different times in different parts of the world provideing me with much needed internet. I have been in all continents and only two places that crew sim didn't work Botswana and Moscow. I've been using Crewsim for quite a while now, and it has honestly made my life as a flight attendant much easier.
Before Crewsim, I used a European SIM card that only worked in Europe. It was actually more expensive, and every time I traveled outside Europe, I had to buy local or travel data bundles that often expired after just a couple of days. It was inconvenient and felt like I was constantly paying for data I couldn't fully use.
Now I simply top up my Crewsim about twice a year, and I always have data wherever my flights take me. It's such a relief to land in a new country and instantly be connected without worrying about buying another data package or whether it will expire before my next trip.

I can not recommend your App enough, I have told about it to multiple colleagues and all of them stay satisfied and agree on how easy, fast and dynamic your E-Sim is.
I will share my personal story with you now:
Before discovering your App I used to rely on the classic E-Sims, as the likes of Airalo or MobiMatter.
Unfortunately these Apps operate on blocks of GBs, making difficult to predict which pack would suit me better. On the other hand they also lacked coverage in certain countries or they were organizing them by different area groups (MENA, Caribbean, Africa, etc) leaving me uncovered in many destinations and turnarounds unless I purchased both specific countries or area packages, raising the whole bill.
As a pilot flying for an ACMI airline, I find myself operating from a different country, even continent, each month and flying to a whole different selection of destinations every time. Thus, remaining connected to the net becomes a real challenge.

For this reason, your E-Sim has been my best ally ever since, having my back on every airport, connecting me to the internet in record time, every time.
The major highlight was during last month operation from Miami to different airports in Cuba.
Due to the precarious situation the island is living at this moment, the whole operation became a true endeavour: fuel scarcity, electric shortages, limited network, etc
But then again, your E-Sim didn't disappoint, allowing me and the rest of the crew to remain connected during the turnarounds and stay in touch with our OCC for real-time updates, re-routing to avoid tropical storms in route and more.

I have been introduced to crewsim by a fellow colleague nearly a year ago. I haven't used any other international internet sim before. Crewsim was first and the whole experience was so amazing that im staying with crewsim since then.
I have suggested crewsim to atleast 100 of my colleagues and many of them are now active users.
Crewsim helped me in many occasions. One I can remember is when i had to perform a go around in Abu Dhabi due to a flight control issue, after landing in second attempt i could immediately talk to my Airline management and concerned maintenance personnel. This prompt communication solved the problem quickly and enabled readiness for the return flight. Apart from that the Iran war keeps families tensed in middle east bound flights. A text after parking eases a lot of emotional distress, thanks to crewsim.
Another amazing thing about crewsim is that it works in Maldives. We fly to Maldives so its really important for us. I also went to a family trip to Maldives, in that occasion i needed to contact ky airline personnel for a ticket issue. Before using Crew Sim I only got connected by using public wifi's when traveling . I purchased it for a trip to Cape Town. Friends of mine were spending their holidays there, while I went there on a work trip. They had rented a car and picked me up in order to show me table mountain and other sights. This experience would not have been possible without Crew Sim.
Now I use it regularly, because it is easy to use. When leaving the hotel it feels good to be able to get in touch with my crew members at any time. I would recommend it to any crew member.

Crew e-sim is actually my very first e-sim and I didn't know how much useful it can be! Our East Asia holiday, from 16 February to 4 April 2026, was an unforgettable adventure that combined vibrant cities, fascinating cultures and breathtaking scenery. Each port offered something unique, from poignant historical landmarks and tranquil temples to bustling markets, modern skylines and exceptional local food. Travelling across so many countries in a single trip gave us an incredible appreciation of the diversity of East Asia and left us with memories that will last a lifetime.
One aspect of the holiday that made travelling so much easier was using Crewsim. Crewsim has been not only my travel-must have but also something i use in my home country when i run out of pay as u go credit in my phone. I use it to access internet and credit up my home sim when i run out of its data package
Layovers are hassle free now since u can book a ride and pretty much do anything over the internet while ur out and about no need to stay locked in the hotel

Hi,I working for LH German Airlines and before I used Airalo or Flexiroam. Honestly I have to mention, that crewsim is the first sim which is directly connected when I reach a foreign country . I tried it already worldwide and even in Alaska at almost nowhere , it worked perfect . I had several problems with Flexiroam and even Airalo . Both couldn't find the network and it started working only after I contacted their helpdesk. This was annoying .
Overall I would highly recommend crewsim .

It was definitely a big upgrade from the older e sims like mobimatter and global yo for sure !! The network latches instantly which was not the case earlier with other e sim providers ! Also How much data for the remaining credit for every country always helps with the layover and recharge ! More over latching to the top tier networks in first world countries are the biggest benefit!!! Keep up the good work Crewsim ! A fellow pilot told me about this and I've never gotten back to any other provider yes !
